We ship most of our products via Ground shipping, however, there are some items that due to their shape and/or weight must be shipped via freight to ensure they will arrive safely to its destination. We make every effort to have items in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will make it to order and will ship in two weeks, with exception of the Azienda sink which takes 3 weeks. . Items that are in stock will ship in 3-5 days.
We will replace at no charge any product that arrives damaged. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours if you receive a defective or damaged sink. Make sure to take photos of every side of the box as this will be requested to process the claim.
We accept returns. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will process your return upon receiving the sink undamaged. We do not cover the return shipping charges.
We can exchange colors at no extra charge, but we will ship the new color upon receiving the old product and we confirm that it is undamaged. We do not cover the return shipping charges.
